Roof Mount Bar
The stainless steel and copper roof mount bar is .304 in thickness (3/16"). A roof bar is generally used in an installation situation lacking a fascia board or when crown molding prevents attachment.
The roof mount bar can be used with cast fascia brackets and classic or scroll bar brackets.
The bar is 1" wide and is available in two lengths, 15½" and 17½". Four #12 1½" stainless steel wood screws are provided for attachment to the roof. The slot at the bottom of the bar allows for a 1¾" vertical adjustment. We supply a 1" x 5/16" stainless steel machine bolt and nut to attach the fascia bracket to the bar.
The bar is long enough to provide ample bendable area to adjust for pitch. A bar bender is available for rental with a $250.00 deposit. The bender allows you to bend the bar to various roof pitches. If the bender is returned to us with in 2 months in good condition, we will refund the $250.00 deposit.
